Win it: Martha Stewart's Cupcakes Cookbook & Martha Stewart's Cookies Cookbook

Hi friends! I must have gotten bitten by a "giveaway bug" or something because now I just want to give everyone a prize! But c'mon, you knew I could not resist giving away this one and you had to see it coming a mile away. And just for fun because I know I have been a bit neglectful in my postings for my lovely readers, I am going to make it really fun for all of you to have a chance to win.

Here is how we are going to do this. I am still doing the Sephora Sun Safety Kit Giveaway which ends on Friday, June 5th. So keep entering for your chance to win that because I want you all to have a healthy and sunburn free summer! I would be remiss if I did not send out a big, fluffy buttercream icing on top, sprinkle covered thank you to All Things Cupcake for posting my giveaway on their site. Ok! On to our contest! Now that Martha's cupcake cookbook has FINALLY published and cupcake lovers all over the world have let out a collective sigh of relief as our flour covered fingers eagerly flip through each photograph and recipe on the glossy pages of this higly anticipated cookbook, (and the choir of angels come in here) we can all rejoice and plan our sleepovers, paint our toe nails, braid each others hair and bake all weekend long with this cookbook! Perhaps I am getting carried away!

But if you are among the people who have not yet been able to get your hands on the book, here is your chance to win. my favorite cupcake is from a bakery called Sugar Sweet Sunshine in NYC. They have a really awesome pistachio cupcake with cream cheese frosting. It's a unique flavor that you dont' find everywhere and it doesn't taste artificial. Not too sweet and the frosting is soooo good.

I bake cupcakes all the time and am always looking for new flavor ideas. I love anything with wonky things in the middle: cookie dough, Reese's cup, fruity filling. I recently made some delicious chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter filling baked inside, dipped each in chocolate ganache, and sprinkled crushed Reese's on top. I'll definitely be making those again.

Actually, I'd love to win the cookies book -- I've never seen it! I have a best-ever carrot cake recipe that I am going to try as cupcakes...I am expecting it will be absolutely delicious!

My favorite cupcakes are peppermint patty cupcakes. Chocolate cake with a peppermint patty baked in the middle (if you freeze them first they don't melt!) and peppermint cream cheese frosting. yum!!

My favorite cupcake is a Raspberry Lemonade cupcake that I created myself. Lemon cake, lemon curd, lemon raspberry meringue buttercream, topped with fresh raspberries. I haven't made them in a while and just typing the description makes me want to bake them. Yum!

I love you blog. I also would love to win the Cupcake book because I am know as Martha where I work. I love to make and bring cupcakes to all the group lunches and birthday parties we have. My specialty is frosting, my favorite is buttercream made with heavy cream and the best vanilla...but I need to expand my skills so the new book would be great!

I love white chocolate and rasberry so my favorite cupcake is a white cupcake mixture with a rasberry jelly center covered with a white chocolate ganache! Yummy! And I love chocolate chunk chip cookies with pecans. I would love to win a Martha Stewart cupcake cookbook! Making cupcakes is so fun and easy! I'm glad they are so popular right now!

I'd have to say my favorites that I've made are Root Beer cupcakes. They were quite a hit at work too. I've tried some lemonade/pink lemonade cupcakes recently (didn't make those though) and I think those are my summer-y cupcakes.

For cookies I will always love the classic Sugar cookie or a Snickerdoodle.

Everyone loves my combo of cookies and cupcakes: yellow cupcakes with a ball of (eggless) cookie dough in the middle (frozen so it comes out gooey) and a chocolate whipped cream frosting. Yum!

I have to be honest... I'm a total chocoholic. I've worked in a chocolate shop for over 7 years and I STILL LOVE chocolate! When I'm craving a cupcake or cookie.. the more chocolate the better. I LOVE devil's food cupcakes with chocolate icing and chocolate chips stirred in. Over the top, you say! Wouldn't have it any other way. I love cupcakes and honestly got hooked because my now husband loves them! I have 3 favorite cupcakes, you know each may be my absolute favorite on a certain day. 1 - Red Velvet, but I do not use a cream cheese icing, I prefer a ligther fluffy vanilla icing. 2 - Vanilla Cupcake w/ strawberry filling & light glaze. 3 - Extra moist Chocolate cupcake with simple Chocolate Frosting.

My favorite cookie- that's harder. I think my favorite "unique" cookie is a S'mores cookie. Made with sugar, butter, graham cracker crumbs, chocolate, and marshmallows. Yum.

I never saw a cupcake I did not like. I love you site. Please enter me in the cupcake contest. I recently made cupcakes that looked like old fashioned floats. They were infused with cherry and limeade, with pink frosting and a cherry on top! The tasted like a slushy.
